Personalized exercise sessions
Hello! My name is Kristen, I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. I proudly hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science from Oregon State University. Go Beavs!
Most of my professional career, I have worked as a Physical Therapy Aide while establishing my business. I have 12 years of experience working with sports performance, rehabilitation, pelvic floor exercises, gait analysis, and exercise prescription.
During a training session with me, you can expect to develop greater awareness of your body and discover new ways of moving that will help to improve your activities of daily living.
When I’m not working you can find me building things, playing soccer, thrifting, and just wandering around Georgetown on the weekends with my dog, Timber.
Schedule with Kristen
I offer a free one hour session to all new clients. We will go over any previous injuries and chat about any exercise and movement goals you have for the future. I will then take you through some exercises that can help you to achieve those goals. You will have the opportunity to book further sessions if you would like!
Why Pelvic Health?
I first discovered the benefits of pelvic health while working along side a pelvic floor physical therapist. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I noticed the severe discrepancies in pelvic health awareness for our trans, queer, and male identifying communities. Most pelvic floor clinics tailor to cis-gendered women and pregnancy. While of course there is nothing wrong with serving that community, it is my goal to continue spreading the word and educating ALL humans that…
“If you have a pelvis, you have a pelvic floor.”
