  • Kristen Link C-EP (She/Her)

    Discover more about the ways your body moves and feels under the expert guidance of Kristen, our experienced Exercise Physiologist. She will thoughtfully program a variety of movements tailored specifically to meet your unique fitness goals, while also collaborating with you on any necessary rehabilitation exercises to enhance your well-being. The first session is completely FREE, providing an excellent opportunity to get started!

  • Crystal Liang PT, DPT (She/Her)

    With over 8 years of extensive experience in the field, Dr. Crystal specializes in the comprehensive treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and perinatal health across ALL gender identities. In addition to her expertise in pelvic health, she also provides exceptional care for a variety of other orthopedic conditions, with a particular focus on TMJ disorders and hip pain.

  • Ellen Murphy PT, DPT (She/Her)

    Dr. Ellen is dedicated to keeping you active and enjoying the outdoors. Whether training for a marathon, playing with kids, preparing for childbirth, or managing pelvic issues, her priority is to understand your goals and create a personalized treatment plan using a whole-body, evidence-based approach.

  • Megan White, LICSW (She/Her)

    Megan is one of our mental health practitioners. She has worked extensively with clients in the LGBTQ population as well as those with non-traditional relationship formations or sexual practices. Her highest hope is that sh can help people build lives that are passionate, connected, meaningful and fulfilling.

  • Brooke Peterson, LMHCA (She/Her)

    Brooke specializes in working with individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, caregiver burnout, compassion fatigue, religious trauma and excommunication, and identity struggles. Additionally, she has a particular interest in supporting parents raising children with behavioral or mental health disorders.

  • Chloe Formulary (She/Her)

    Chloe Formulary provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and affirming acupuncture services to support a diverse range of clients. She is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, having completed her rigorous training in both Chengdu, China, and in Canada. Chloe's primary modalities for treatment include acupuncture and the use of herbal medicine, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Additionally, she is in network with Regence, Aetna, United, Kaiser, and Am Better.
